The receptionist was very nice. The hotel needs to be updated, and if they choose not to do that, please, simply get new carpeting. The carpeting is so gross.

Dirty building, no one cleaned our room. It was so bad we left a day early and stayed at the Borgata. The room was damp and smelled.

Parking was a nightmare due to them sharing parking with beach club. The room we had was clean but very dated. The convenience was it was right on the beach.

The staff were friendly and tried hard to accommodate us.

It was filthy. The leather couch was flaking off everywhere. The mattress in our room had food, hair, dirt and who knows what else. There was spilled food behind the dressers / bed and the ceiling was caving in at the entrance. The window sills were filthy. We requested a room change and there wasn’t one available, the staff offered to send up housekeeping but they had already left for the day. The indoor pool was closed at the beginning of our stay due to the fact that “the building is 100 years old and when it’s windy, the building shakes and drops debris into the pool”. No manager is on site from Sunday to Tuesday. Our reservation was from Sunday to Friday, we left Monday. As of the following Friday, management has failed to contact us regardless of us leaving contact information and sending emails.

Would not stay here again! The rooms have filthy carpet and did not dare take my shoes off! We had a leaky bathroom ceiling that we were supposed to be reimbursed money due to the inconvenience and have not received this still. Your charges all these extra fees and that were not explained and definitely not worth the stay here!!

The stay was great . They should work on having the carts more available to ppl. Also it would be nice to have more blankets in the rooms .

The pull out couch was in poor shape and the free on site parking was not available we had to walk several blocks to a spot on a side street
