Everything. The Staff was wonderful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel was super clean. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this Hotel...very well run.

All good, no issues.

Location was great. Breakfast was fair.

I asked for the trash to get emptied, but to leave the towels. However the cleaner took the towels and left the trash. I ended up emptying the trash before I left. I did get fresh towels later that day.

The hospitality of staff. Clean, easily accessible.

1st floor room. Pool room and water very cold. Wasn't able to eat breakfast as I have to be at work at 4am.

The location was great, staff friendly and the pool nice.

Their policy about only cleaning your room on request. Its ridiculous. We stayed for 7 days and didn’t realise this was the policy until much later. Trash built up in our room until we tried it to take it but the trash bins were full on our floor. We saw a cockroach which in my opinion is directly related to the fact that no one comes into tidy. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper most days. Our room had been painted a very dark grey making it dark and gloomy.

Breakfast was ok. I enjoy staying here. Very clean. Polite staff. Have before, and will continue to book at this location.

Possibly more substance to breakfast. Maybe hashbrowns/potatoes of some sort. The frozen sausage links they heat up are tasty, but the frozen eggs are not good. The cream cheese they get is wonderful.
