Kasbah Agafay Hotel & Spa

I’m a discerning traveler who is a little tricky to please. Everything about the Kasbah Agafay was phenomenal. Our stay began with a warm welcome from Laurent the manager and his assistant, Omar. My husband and I relaxed right away in the authentically sumptuous surroundings, the spacious bedroom and a bathroom you could easily park 2 cars in! From the monogrammed linen to the delicious food (plates especially prepared for my vegan husband), from the jaw-dropping rooftop views of the Atlas Mountains to the bountiful breakfast served overlooking the immense swimming pool, we loved our stay and will certainly return! Staff went out of their way before and during our stay to accommodate our every request. Our favourite of the 3 hotels we stayed at in the Marrakech area. Thank you!

Excellent place to stay. The historic kasbah is a great place to stay. We enjoyed our stay, and Laurent and the staff were wonderful.

On arrival the Kasbah is very impressive and the staff are amazing. The pool area is lovely. The rooms are nice - we had to move as our plumbing was dreadful. The lunch was amazing

The evening meal and breakfast were worse than basic. A very dated, tired dining space, no bar or anywhere to enjoy a drink before or after dinner.

The pool wasn’t heated but very refreshing in the desert heat. Loved the rooms and decor. Friendly staff. Well located, not too far from Marrakesh on edge of desert.

Over priced food and drink. No other option around so had no choice but to eat and drink there. The hotel was on the adage of the main road so a bit noisy for the location.

We liked everything about this amazing property, it is a « must go » The great hospitality, the beautiful and spacious rooms, the gardens, the food. We happened to sleep there while they were celebrating the 24th year of the kasbah and we were kindly invited by Laurent to join the celebrations. We highly recommend this beautiful and calm property and will come back again. We were traveling as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 boys 14 and 9). We all loved it.

The most gorgeous hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Beautiful aesthetic, friendly staff and a relaxing, peaceful ambience. We stayed here for 4 nights, with a short trip to Essaouira in the middle. The whole place had a really special feel and it made our holiday to Morocco incredibly memorable. They serve delicious food too! Having the Kasbah to return to after a day exploring the Medina is exactly what you need 😍

The decor and pool area were nice

There isn’t much to do in the property other than eating and chilling by the pool, we had to pay for dinner which was fine but there was no entertainment provided so we opted for a dinner in the desert with live music and entertainment (which was also cheaper than hotel dinner)
