Outdated property, internet didn't work, bed sheets as old as my grandma. Way overpriced for the poor quality.

This is an old facility the bathroom needs updated

The location was convenient.

I tried to call and reserve a room and I was told it has to be done online only and when told the gentleman that the website wasn't working he didn't seem to care. The hotel is very outdated and smells very bad. The lighting in the room was terrible. The bathroom had cracked tiles on the floor. The bed was very low to the ground and was uncomfortable.

The cost too much for quality of hotel.

Price was good

Very unfriendly staff, tub didn't drain, tv remote didn't work, no beverages at breakfast

Our room was clean and well-maintained. The air conditioner kept us nice and cool on some very warm nights. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room looked like it had been decorated fairly recently. The breakfasts provided were very good, the waffle maker served us well. All in all an excellent value for the price.

It was just very dusty everywhere, and the bedding stained and broken. And I think that looks bad.

I booked our room ahead time, but when we go there to check in there was No one at the desk just a number. We call thinking they were working on one of the rooms or something. No ,person left an went to pick someone up , we had to wait about 20 minutes for them to get back. Check us in without even checking our ID . Weird but guess No biggie . I was working in a nearby nursing home as a traveling aide while my 15 yr old stayed in the room. Get a call about 9pm that someone took a card key an unlocked the door trying to get in. She had chained the door also thank goodness. She jump up an the person took off. We told the guy at the front desk the cops were being called as he denied he gave anyone else a key but he tried to prevent us from calling. Cops were there pretty fast an the guy acted like he had no clue why they had been called. Person wasn't found but definitely suggest if you have kids or even if not to avoid that area.

The price was affordable.

The bed was outdated, and we asked for extra pillows, and he took them from another room not being used. Blankets need to be updated. Thicker, bigger pillows.
