La Clave Hostel

Monica did a great job and she helped me with anything I needed. She was very friendly, welcoming and her service was superb! The property is well located, near San Antonio area and close to the center as well.

No air-con. Only fan which means will be a bit hot during night. The guy at reception is so nice !

The staff were really friendly and the place was really good value for money. The kitchen was also well equipped with cooker, oven, blender etc

I really liked the place. It was cozy and very clean. Monica ia a really nice person, once I wanted to stay longer, but it was occupied, so she tried everything to get to know, if the guests actually coming, so I could stay.

The best thing about the hostel is the owner Monica, she is very friendly, caring and creates a personal and warm environment. The rooms are basic, a bit hot but it's Cali and it's hot anywhere. 24/7 reception worked perfectly fine. I felt very comfortable and would recommend it.

Cold shower

The people! Monica is amazing, and the other people staying there were good to hang out with. The breakfast she makes is very good! Eggs (fried or scrambled), an arepa, fruit, coffee, juice. Beautiful view from the terrace.

The room was different from the pictures. It was uncomfortable to have to ask Monica for everything we needed: breakfast (a couple times she wasn't there so I had to ask her to come), opening the door at night (you have to wake her up for that).
