Great hotel. The renovated rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Very clean. Hot stuff was a little bit missing for breakfast but there was plenty of things. Overall was a great Stay. I récommanded it.

"Napanee Hampton Hotel poor management."

I have stayed at the Napanee, Ontario, Hampton 3 times since October 2024, January 2025, June 2025. All 3 times the whirlpool has been non functioning despite enquiries as to maintenance. This last stay the pool heater in broken. Complaints to the manager go unresolved. The front desk is very helpful but are limited because of poor management. The manager has no concern for his guest. Their are many hotels in Kingston, Ontario only a short ride away that are much more accommodating to their guest. I have stayed at many Hampton hotel locations. This one is not up to their standard.
