"Very good place to stay slightly expensive but still very affordable"

Overall cleanliness, good comfort, beautiful pool

Soundproofing can be better especially in room doors, and breakfast could be extended to 11am instead of 10 ,normality isn’t about waking up early or late, it should fit everybody

The staff was awesome as was the cleanliness. The property had large metal storage bins strewn about. We chose the hotel for the pool and the pool was waiting for a part for the heater. Expedia should be in contact with the property regularly to alert guests of the shortcomings. We chose the property because of the pool since we were travelling with children. Instead we paid the extra money for no pool.

"Bed bugs, dirty and rude staff."

Nothing ! There was a bed bug in the bed ! We don’t even stay we left ! Very unsatisfied !

Nothing ! The end was dirty we took off the sheet to check it and it was gross there was hair and lint all over and There was a bed bug in the bed ! We don’t even stay we left ! Very unsatisfied !
