Century Plaza Hotel

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. It was horrible. Our request was non-smoking room but as I have one more child travel with me, the staff suggested to change our bedding to twin, we are glad for the suggestion. However, when we reached our room, the room beside us was opened, we thought they are waiting for something. So we ignored and then went out after putting our luggage. When we came back at night, the next room was still open with one guy sitting on the doorstep. We felt so uneasy and we do not dare to complain worried that the guy might find trouble for us. Then the next morning, when we went out, that guy was sitting at the doorstep smoking. Atnight, we have to tolerate smoke from next day. Horrible experience! Worst accommodation stay!

Pretty OK. No complaints for the price. Location is good though. A short walk to major shopping mall, massages, and train station. Popular shopping belt Dong Meng is just a station away.

The hotel is well located in Luohu allowing you to get to the train station, metro station, and the shopping center relatively easily. The fitness center is there, but it's nothing special. pool was closed so can't review. biggest down side is the smell at in the hotel. There was a smell, like that of an old humid basement in the elevators and the room, not too too bad, but certainly enough to recognize it.

hotel staff helpful. hotel only provides 2 bath towels, no face cloths or hand towels; and no shampoo or conditioner.

Good hotel for business stay, location very good close to MRT, Luoho Railway station and port to Hong Kong. Breakfast could be better, it was average but normal for a Chinese Hotel.

Value for money. Metro & immigration are a short walk from hotel.

it was a splendid one...close to shopping mall, halal food and metro..it is also close to Luohu and Dongmen, where we shop till we drop

the hotel is good and very convenient location. Good for business travelers specially when you want to shuffle between hong kong and China

Bathrooms had mold in showers. Otherwise premises are good and clean.

Stayed 3 nights. Check-in and check-out were carried out efficiently. Room was clean and spacious. Location is good; within walking distance to Luohu station and Dongmen.
