Century Plaza Hotel

I usually stay at this hotel every year i came, this time the rooms smell alot of humidity and moist, i ask them to change my room and we check about 3 more rooms and all of them where the same. Overall is worth by the price and location only

Overall it is a good hotel at a reasonable price. The room is clean and quiet. The hotel have all the facilities that I need, gym, restaurant, massage, night club. However, the front entrance is facing a lifted garage is just weird. All 8n all I enjoyed my stay and this is my second time too.

Good price for size room and location

If you do not expect much, it is fine.

Hotel is fairly old and I have never used any services. The stays in general can be very varied, sometimes you get a good room with fresh air, sometimes the room smells stale like they cleaned with a rotten cloth. The cleanliness can vary a bit, but in general it is a clean hotel, I'd say 4 out of 5 times would be clean. (Yes, I'm a regular on short trips) Got a free upgrade to business suite recently because they ran out of non smoking rooms and the bedding was markedly better than a deluxe room. But no matter what booking website says, the beds are quite a bit smaller. Location wise it is around a 10 mins walk from 2 different stations and close to a very large shopping mall for convenience. There however has been some road work since late 2015 which makes the travel from luohu a bit unpleasant, and they built a double deck elevator car park with car wash right in front of the hotel... so pedestrian access is only through an often wet and soapy road, and often grumpy drivers. Having said that it is still a good price for a reasonable stay. WiFi is very slow and unstable

A rare find. Great accommodation, friendly staff, clean, new, stylish.

Came fro Hong Kong by metro. Quite easy one hour trip in quite full trains. Not too long to get the visa on port in spite the non-service minded Chinese officials. Short walk to hotel, easy check-in. Good room. Walking around. Because of the CNY, most small shops and restaurants were closed in the neighborhood but in walking distant could be found the busiest shopping and food area where everything was open.

Easy access from Hong Kong for business travelers. Good value. A bit old and could use some updates, but good amenities, clean, and comfortable room. If you stay on business floor, avoid rooms on buffet end of 12th floor. Noisy and smelly of breakfast buffet starting at 6:30 am
