Staff was very helpful. Location is great. Worth the money.

Value for the money

Hotel front door is not customer friendly, no escalator, too many steps. Side door is very dirty. Not sure there is any handicap access. Lobby is filled with noisy group traveler morning and evening. Hotel room is comfortable compared to price I paid. Shower curtain is filthy and smelly. Contracted Chinese restaurant on level 2 is over priced and always full, not recommended. Did not try hotel breakfast on lower level as quality and selection are not tempting.

Hotel is reasonable price for location and it's 4 stars . I would book again for next time .

Check in was easy, staff spoke English. Stayed on 21st floor non-smoking. Comfy bed and linen, fluffy towels and clean bathroom. Pool closed til April.

I stayed here on business trip and it was in a great location. Check in was smooth and quick.
