Not close to shopping malls. Hotel price must includes breakfast for business travelers.

My stay is good, better than expected. The staff is good and polite. The cleaning lady is very helpful. To be honest, you pay what you get. Don’t expect to pay 3 stars hotel price to get a 6 stars hotel service.

very good location to beteen HK & Shenzhen with very reasonable price. It is good to stay for business / family stay over the weekend. MTR is near.

Clean and nice hotel with friendly staff. Located near transportation routes. Unfortunately, little dining options nearby.

Location near to restaurants and shopping malls. Downside is that the road leading to hotel is closed and looked likely to be for some time for repairs. It was not easy to locate and enter by the rear entrance. Staff were quite helpful and there were few facilities..

Entrance through small back door and driver got lost. Were given 2 smoking rooms despite request for non smoking ones.

facility is a bit old, need updates

The hotel is old and needs a complete refurbishing. Hasn't upgraded anything in the last 10 years. The best thing is its location, which is a short walk from the LuoHu Train Station. It is also close to lots of shopping and restaurants. I stay here only for one night when transferring into China.

This is my fifth stay at this hotel. For the price I paid it is an excellent choice. The rooms are spacious, beddings are comfortable, good supplies of soap shampoo and free bottles of water every day. However, some of the rooms look dated and the shower is not strong enough. Tried to use the gym but it was closed for reno and the hotel staff have no clue about it. Even for my 5th stays, the hotel would not offer one free breakfast for my loyalty. Overall it is a good hotel to stay.

I stay here often. It's good value in a great area close to shops, market and transport. Breakfast is ok. Maccas is close by.
