היתה חוויה לא טובה מהתחלה . ולאחר מכן ניסינו להמתיק את החופשה . ושרצינו להמשיך את השהייה העדיפו את הכסף שלנו מאשר להעניק לנו את חווית השירות. ביקשו ממני תוספת למחיר של 15% להערך יותר ממה ששילמתי בהגעה על אותם חדרים . זה היה אחרי ״הנחה ״ שהעניק לי מנהל המלון שהעדיף את טובת הרשת על טובת הלקוח.

המלון מאוד עממי לא ברמת 5 כוכבים . ממש חדרים פשוטים וארוחת בוקר פשוטה מאוד המלון ברמה נמוכה.

Très belle expérience. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et attentionné. Suite à un petit accident survenu pendant mon séjour, toute l’équipe a fait preuve d’une grande bienveillance. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était excellent et varié, et les hôtesses du restaurant étaient adorables. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

The pool was warm and grand. House keeping staff were great.

Terrible service. Old property. Terrible service. Not great food. Worn down rooms. I would not recommend if u care about the little details. You need a golg cart EVERY TIME you want to go to your room (uphill property) Service sucked (very dismissive of any service request)

Celebrating a special occasion set up in the room, the team and the view and the facilities were nice

MANNNY sewage flies which was what brought the experience down, the drainage hole was open and no matter what we did they kept coming out, the golf cart was late to pick us up a few times or would come and leave. The rooms were up a hill so without it there was difficulty to navigate.
