I love the vibe and environment so much. Friendly and helpful staff, they will assist to adjust the room temperature and light before u back to room. Breakfast food is ok, additional seafood buffet dinner was amazing. We enjoyed our family trip there so much.

What I loved the most about staying at Shangri-La Rasa Sayang was the peaceful atmosphere 🤍 The beautiful greenery and all the lush trees made the whole place feel so calming and relaxing. The cafés were lovely, the food was delicious, and honestly everything there felt so perfect for a healing getaway 🥹 Thank you to the amazing customer service team at Shangri-La Rasa Sayang Resort & Spa 🤍 Special thanks to Mr. Vijay at the café for the warm hospitality while we enjoyed our meals ☺️ Even with the rainy weather, the stay was still so enjoyable. Next healing trip — definitely trying Rasa Sayang Sands

Incredible. Staff were all so friendly. Happy hour was fun. Upgrade to Rasa wing was great value. Spa treatment by Rose was amazing. Grounds were immaculate.
