The location and facilities were excellent, especially the private beach, which was beautifully maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The room was exceptionally comfortable, and I was particularly impressed by the pillow menu. Having the option to choose a pillow based on personal comfort and sleeping preferences was a thoughtful touch that enhanced the overall guest experience. The attention to detail and focus on guest comfort made the stay truly enjoyable.

I booked and fully paid for a Sea View Room, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel and travelled from Kuala Lumpur to Penang. Upon check-in, I was informed that the Sea View Room I had reserved was not available. While I appreciate the complimentary room upgrade and the additional accessibility features provided, the replacement room overlooked the parking area instead of the sea. Although the upgraded room may have offered more space or amenities, it did not deliver the key experience I had specifically paid for — the sea view. As a guest travelling to a beach resort destination, waking up to a parking lot rather than the ocean was disappointing. I appreciate the efforts of the hotel staff to provide an alternative solution, but I believe the hotel should ensure that confirmed room bookings, especially those involving specific views, are honoured whenever possible. I hope this feedback can help improve the guest experience for future visitors.

stayed in a one bedroom suite at Rasa Wing. Everything was great from the day we arrived until the day we left. The suite was spacious and snacks was replaced everyday. Six bottled of water provided in a glass bottled everyday. Love the breakfast at Spice market. The pool at Rasa Wing was great and the drinks are complimentary. No more strict dress code at the Rasa Wing Lounge

The Evening cocktail and afternoon tea can be crowded. Quantity of food served during evening cocktail can be improved. No more beach due to erosion
