Staff are lovely 😍 and so happy and helpful, they make the place. The gardens are stunning and immaculate. Breakfast choice was vast and of good quality in the Rasa Wing. The pool was very good and relaxing. We would definitely come back again as we had a stuning relaxing time.

The mattress was really hard, and the pillows were not brilliant. Bath towels are a little small considering a luxury hotel. Everything else was amazing. Thank you 😊

Fantastic hotel. Staff were amazing, especially the manager Michelle who helped me when I accidentally booked the incorrect dates for my stay. The room we stayed in was fantastic, the pool in the rasa wing is for adults only and it was fantastic. We stayed in the garden wing for 1 night and then moved to the rasa wing. If you don’t have children with you I’d definitely recommend staying in the rasa wing over the garden wing.

My only issues were around ferrini grill. This is their fine dining restaurant. All of the staff again are fantastic, but we actually preferred the food in the main restaurant. There is nothing wrong with the food and the setting is amazing, it just isn’t anything special. We went for an evening meal one night (tried before but they wouldn’t let us in without trousers) and it was pretty good, better than the breakfast but not as good as i expected.
