"Good"

We had just stayed at a Super 8 in Flagstaff and was pleasantly impressed by everything in our stay. This one was filthy, bathtub was black with staines and exterior was full of trash. Very disappointed, would not recommend at all

The place needs updating. One lampshade was broken and the sink was clogged. The free breakfast was limited and we only saw staff at check in.

Convienent access to I-40 but remote from the rest of Grants, NM. Walkable dining options nearby are chain restaurants available throughout the U.S. Were it not for the srrounding NM desert the nearby amenities could be found anyplace in the U.S.

"Rude Manager"

NOTHING!!

The hotel double charged me when I had paid for 5 rooms before checking. When I tried to clear this issue, the manager said I was yelling and didn’t want to listen to me. I didn’t get a release on the overcharge and said it was the system soIt would take 3-5 days to go back on my financial institution. That was my spending money so I had no gas money to get back home!!

"You should pay an extra $50 you’ll probably get a clean room"

Nothing I thought I was gonna get the park right up next to the door, but they gave me an inside room

The staff wasn’t friendly. The bathtub and shower has been painted and it was all peeling off. It looked horrible.
