Super 8 by Wyndham Grants

The problem I had with the bathtub was stopped up would not drain or drained very very slow standing in ankle deep water, by the time i got through with a shower.

The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it smelled like cigarettes, so we asked to change rooms. The facility felt consistent with its price—nothing more, nothing less. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and don’t expect much else, it should be fine. However, if comfort and overall satisfaction are important to you, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The lady at the front office was rarely available, always gone from the counter and seemed frustrated each time we needed her. Our room keys didn’t work… 3 times. She had to come let us in our room with no solution on fixing it so we just stayed in our room and ate snacks we had for dinner not knowing if we would be able to get in our room if we returned late. The room was dirty, but fine for a night.

Only half the light bulbs worked in a dimly lit room. uncorking tv. Coffee machine not working at breakfast. Not what we expect from Super8 by Half the light bulbs out in a dimly lit room, tv not working and the coffee machine not working at breakfast. We expect better from Super8 by Wyndham. We will try another night in Grants NM. w

It was okay.

The staff at check in was super awesome. Parking made me nervous, there was a lot of work trucks and work crews in the parking lot just standing around. It was late at night when we arrived. We were on the second floor, it’s been remodeled, but not well. The shower is extremely difficult to turn on and either not get burned or froze. Plus, the water gets hot. The ice bucket came in handy trying to get the water to a bearable temperature. The ac was super loud and kept us awake. Turned the ac off and the heat kept us awake. The door also needs a new seal, the light from the hallway shines bright. The pillows aren’t the most comfortable. Breakfast was available and coffee was good. While getting gas next door, the clerk said they’re under new ownership. The hotel has a lot of potential and the staff was great.

The door was stuck at first and the sheets had holes in them and also the pool was very dirty and it stinks really badly and the photos on the site are obviously photoshopped
