The bed was comfortable

Lighting in the room was very low making it difficult to read. The bathroom had a large rip in the wall next to the sink as if a hairdryer or something else had been ripped off and the wall not repaired. There was not adequate coffee at breakfast.

"Nice until no hot water for a shower. Hotel full on Christmas Day"

Clean and convenient.

The hot water didn’t work for a shower. Very disappointing. When I complained, I was told to let the water run for a while. I had done that. I assume the hotel was full. (Christmas Day) No excuse for lack of hot water.
