La atención en la recepción fue excelente, muy amables y atentos con todas mis dudas. El hotel estaba realmente dentro del aeropuerto, las habitaciones eran excelentes y el restaurante es muy bueno.

"Good location, old and worn interior, not recommended"

Location inside airport is perfect

Everything else, building looks old and used, room is outdated with dirty corners and materials. Takes a long while to check-in, unclear about added security costs and wifi only if you register on Bonvoy. So never again look for better solutions

Room service lento e ineficaz. Demoraram mais de duas horas e entregaram errado o pedido. Nao há forma de falar com.o restaurante. Precisei descer para obter o pedido retificado. A recepcionista era seca e deu informação errada de como acessar o room service.

"We are taking cat living hotel one night, it is very clean, and friendly to pet."

The best value that is close to airport, and it is convenient to arrival.

No slipper, no brush (brush teeth), 2 people living, the room only 1 bottle water, although we can buy another on the hotel, but it is kind of service.
