The price was good, but it did match the quality of the room.

The bed was very uncomfortable- felt like I was sleeping on springs. No handicap accessible features- no grab bars, low stool, tubs only.

This is a very well maintained and staffed hotel in this price range. Bed was comfortable and while off the main highway 20 there was limited traffic noise. I was there on a Saturday night and had a quite evening. Would stay again. Breakfast was again very adequate and exceeds expectation in this price range.

The guy working when we checked in was really rude, he threw the paper at me to sign.

Superb location as a short drive to downtown, restaurants and all other sites in Dubuque. Breakfast though mostly just carbs is reasonable for the price. Staff were nice and professional.

The room smells like cigarette even though it is supposed to be a non-smoking room. Security is quite lax as there were guests drinking on their truck at the parking and blaring music which is quite a nuissance.

For being in a little city, it was quaint my room and the bed and everything and it was perfect

OJ machine not working, no wall hooks in bathroom. Shower was nice, but shower fixture was loose.
