Staff was very nice and accommodating

Booked room from an online agency and they booked us a smoking room - when we arrived they asked if that was what we intended and of course we said no, but there were not rooms available - the stench was horrible in the room and the beds were not comfortable - I lost 45.00 in the lobby and it was not no where to be found.
