The hotel door would not lock. The peep hole had a piece of paper wedged

Hot shower

Light switch for bathroom was outside door Front door had been bent and let in light and heat and out cool air

Close to cruise ship port.

Very outdated

Just noisy and was old and pictures misrepresented the rooms and property.Good for 1 night stay.

Close to Galveston

Staff didn't tell me about having to call before 9 am to get clean bedding.

Nothing about the hotel, but hey, if you order food, thur grub hub, it comes fast and hot.

Everything I was lied to when I booked the room and when I confirmed the room the day prior to our arrival. The shower and bathroom floor was dirty, I was told there was an elevator. When we got there, I was informed there wasn't one. I was told there was a shuttle that would take us to the cruise port. NOPE another lie. When I asked, I was told nope they stopped doing shuttle rides years ago. It said it's close to the water. Yeah, the water was a swamp pond, then omg the train. It should state they are next to train tracks and a power line. I had to pay an additional $50 just to check in early. I was so happy we were only staying 1 night

It was ok not the cleanest building is old and needs updated

Air wasent good humid in room beds were hard.
