Inn at the Convention Center

The staff was really nice and it was very quiet. It was a great value if you're just looking for a decent night sleep.

The elevator wasn't working, the bed was very squeaky, and the room I was in smelled faintly like cigarettes.

I really did not like the way I was treated, even though I never ended up staying there. When I arrived, the receptionist asked for my booking number. I gave it to him, and after checking me in, she told me they no longer had a king-size room because it had already been given to someone else. She said they only had a queen-size room available. I told her that my reservation was for a king-size room, not a queen-size room, and I couldn't understand why they had given my room to someone else. I then asked for a refund so I could book another hotel. He told me I had to call to request the refund. I asked him for the phone number, but she said I should find it online. I explained that I couldn't find it and asked him to help me, but instead she accused me of causing a disturbance and told me to leave or he would call the police. I was not causing any trouble, so I left and found another place to stay. Based on my experience, their customer service has serious problems.

The location

When I got there the guy was checking us in but he was on his phone talking to somebody else I asked for a towel couldn't get it cuz the maid staff wasn't on and we had three guests staying in the room and there was only two towels The beds are not comfortable and their pillows are bad as well won't be going back there agian

The room was smelly and had a lot of stains on the carpet. The staff was not Friendly at all and a bit unprofessional. Very loud location and they charge an extra fee for parking. People were checking out early when I was checking in

There was nothing to like.

It was horrible. The room was dirty. The bed frame was broken. The door would not lock. When I went back down to the counter to talk with someone about changing rooms there was nobody there. Waited about 5 minutes and then packed up and left.

nothing the front desk staff on june 19th was very rude..

the front desk staff on june 19th friday evening was very rude.. he didn't give me to room until i fixed the guest name.. though i showed i have the reservation and showed the card i paid with.. when i ask him i have never had this experience before he said to tone it down and not to talk to him like that..like what ?? asking him why i cant get a room after i paid.. then he says he has nothing tondo with booking.com if i were to cancel he wont help give my money back then took 15 mins and told me they are sold out on the type of room.. after telling to make sure the keys are for two nights he made them for one day, i kept one key in the car and one with me both expired next day.. i had to spend 15 mns in lobby to make me a new key.. one out of two elevators was broken..and stinky not sure on purpose but he gave me wrong wifi passcode..he was sleeping at that point when i asked him

Locations

All most everything. Ran down many things were broken or didn’t work. I had to plug everything in. Hook up the cable to the tv. Plug in the rooms phone the lamps the alarm clock there was no shower curtain water splash everywhere on the flour front doors didn’t close right. Was sure the elevator.was going to make the trip and down. The smell of pot smoke coming from the stair well, could not open the balcony door for air. The front desk person was hard to find, didn’t feel very safe . Manger was not available. They wanted to charge you extra to have a tv that works $48.00 a night up charge . I booked 5 nights for me and two dogs and they wanted an extra $450.00 in fees on day two after originally charging $145 on the first night. They seemed like they were playing the bate and switch. They told me to pay or get kicked out. Was the worse hotel experience ever the place looked like it should be shut down or condemned

elevators out of order, lobby looked under construction, outside area in disrepair.. I canceled and went elsewhere
