No warm blankets, rugs are very dirty, the entire hotel is in dire need of a remodel or update.

Noite muito fria, quarto com a calefação desligada sem nenhum acesso ao termostato, poucos cobertores.
USI honestly didn't find anything to like about this place. Maybe that it was close to the Moda Center?
Where to begin? The parking was very difficult, the front desk staff was dismissive and confusing, the parking fees were substantially higher than stated online, the hallways stank like garbage and dirty ash trays, the room stank also, there were cigarette burns in the bedding, the light rail dings outside the window, the shower did not drain, the bathroom fan did not work, the property and surrounding area felt very unsafe with people appearing to be on drugs having outbursts, there were random articles of clothing found all about, including some dirty socks residing next to the broken ice machine, dirty carpets, a terribly uncomfortable bed, and of course the cost for what was provided was absolutely outrageous.
USFriendly staff, affordable rates, and lovely rooms. Refrigerators and microwaves in every room is a great bonus.
I can't think of anything bad about this place!

It is nothing like described and the pictures are deceptive. It is run down, and icky.. felt like this was a place you could rent a room by the hour! I guess the extra amenity was the condom box in the bedside table!!!Shout out to house keeping.. the room and linens are clean
MXLa ubicación es excelente si deseas estar cerca del centro de convenciones ya que se encuentra a una calle de el, ademas existen diversos restaurantes cercas donde puedes ir a comer, puntos extras porque esta justo atras de la estacion del tren, por lo que puedes trasladarte del aeropueto por muy poco dinero, el hotel es algo viejo sin embargo cumple con todas las necesidades que se neceitan cuando viajas con un presupuesto limitado.
