I booked through booking.com and the staff said they did not have my reservation or any information regarding my confirmation. The young person working the front desk took three pictures on his phone of my email....After another staff member came around, it got sorted out.

USThe owners and the front desk staff, Danny, were very kind. I think the Danny was doing everything (cleaning, checking rooms, making keys, etc.). He was very kind and very helpful, even when I asked for a refund.
The hotel is in disrepair. The carpets are coming off the floors, the floors/wall are cracked and have holes in them, the bathrooms are stained, the window treatments are broken (part of mine was thrown under the desk), the security latch on the door is broken (no safety), the hallway smells. I checked in and did not stay; immediately booked a different hotel and asked for a refund.

tub didn't drain. There was no power on one side of the bed .There where 2 light bulbs missing from lamps so the room was kind of dark.a hole in the ceiling where the shower was coffee stick on the floor when we walked in.. booking canceled my room even tho I was staying in it when they cancelled it because the staff didn't check me in correctly... And there is a parking fee....
