I got a well-priced room right next to the door for myself and my dog. The AC was wonderful, the mattress and bedding were wonderful. I was beat from a long day of driving and this was exactly what I needed. Fantastic staff, great breakfast! Michelle is the best! Efficient and experienced!

I booked this hotel based on the photos and reviews and let me tell you this building is SKETCHY. I stayed here with just my friend and I and we were very uncomfortable the whole stay. The picture of the rooms are accurate but the whole vibe of the building is off putting. I also booked to pay once I got to the hotel and that my card would not get charged from hotels.com but the hotel went ahead and charged my card before I even got there and when I went to check in and an addition $22 for incidental hold but on their website it says it would hold no more than $10

After arriving at the property, and checking in, we canceled our reservation and asked for a refund (which was refused). Our rooms felt like we were in a basement, dank and musty smelling. There were large box fans in the hallway (don't know why). As we parked our vehicles on the rear side of the building a junker of a car backed into one of the adjacent stalls, and one guy went into the building while the other hung out smoking marijuana (with the motor on the vehicle still running). That's when we packed up and went back to the lobby (dark and unappealing) and checked out. We said we did not feel safe -- and found rooms at a much nicer hotel in town. The person at the front desk couldn't refund our money, so the manager called the next day. I told him that we did not feel safe, and therefore canceled our reservation. He simply told us that our reservations were non-refundable, and therefore he would not return our money.

I think this may be a long term living place for some. The room was clean. The AC worked well. The doors have gaps, so when people are loud or run up and down hallways it’s like they’re in your room with you. The pool area was super warm. The internet worked ok. Surprisingly awesome breakfast. They have a griddle in the back for some stuff and you could taste it. Hash browns were crispy, tortillas that tasted fresh.

It shows a lounge on advertisement, there was no lounge, no pool table as advertised, toilet did not flush properly, a deluxe king room with only 1 chair, desk and chair.. people sitting in vestibule high, eating and drinking, lefty all his trash behind, was still there the next morning...exit door to parking lot was very difficult to open.. had to push exit door and exit button.. bath/shower tub backed up every time leaving about 2 inches of water, slow to drain... at check out the last day. Curtains/Drapes were torn Smell of Marijuana outside by the door to enter...Desk clerk tried to charge us full price again and had a hard time giving us a receipt that started, paid in full... took about 20 minutes to get receipt, Adrian the desk clerk told us to wait an hour for his manager to arrive.. would not recommend this hotel due to false advertisement..
