Ice machines on certain floors weren't working, the air and the fan in the room never cooled down

Quiet, comfortable and good breakfast!

Beds are comfortable as were the pillows. Rooms are a little small but they are clean. The AC kept the room cool. Shower had good pressure & temperature. Bathroom is on the small side. Our toilet seat was loose which was annoying. Towels are very small. Breakfast was a good/large variety and was perfect it started at 6am. Pool was large and kids loved it. Pool room was warm but too be expected. Outdoor patio area was nice. Check-in was easy and workers were very nice. Was very different when we walked into door B, they had giant carts sitting there of all the dirty laundry. Never experienced that before and when we walked through I always felt like we were in the way of the ladies working.

The room was nice and quiet. Parking and entering our room was very convenient. The breakfast was hot and very good. The staff was very attentive and kept the warmers full. Tables were cleaned quickly and very nice staff!! We will definitely stay there next time we are in Grand Island.

Nice to have an attached restaurant.

Shower knob/plumbing needs updating. You need to practically pull the knob out of the wall to turn on water. The front desk said they get many complaints about that.

Very clean and nice

I stayed at this hotel in the 80's when it was a Ramada Inn. This is, without a doubt, the best preserved and renovated hotel I've ever stayed at. Very clean with modern appointments in the rooms. Great shower, quiet A/C, good TV - nothing in my room was amiss. Firm bed, good free breakfast; I did not use the pool area. Company lodging for the railroad and several local manufacturing companies, yet very quiet. Only drawback was that I had room 280 which was right next to a busy highway, so I got to listen to all the big trucks jake brake to a stop at the light right outside my window. Get a room closer to the lobby!
