This is a charming place with very lush gardens and greenery. Plenty of hidden nooks and chairs to hang out in out back. Pool was great. There are tables and stools out front which is great for people watching since it is on Duvall Street. We had no issues with street noise. Eric was wonderful! You can purchase beverages from the office and take to the pool. The yogurt parfaits at breakfast are phenomenal. The rooms are not huge but very clean and beds were comfortable. My only suggestion would be a full length mirror in the rooms. The air conditioning units are loud. I brought earplugs because I’m a light sleeper so I didn’t have any issues. We would definitely stay here again. Location was perfect and all staff members were amazing

Location is excellent. Property well maintained, clean, & comfortable. Staff is excellent.

Parking is tight. Once we parked the car we left it until we checked out.

Très charmant établissement au cœur de Key West, sur Duval Street, un vrai, petit havre de paix avec son jardin magnifique. Le petit déjeuner était très appréciable!

Malheureusement, nos voisins de chambre ont été très bruyant dans la nuit et tôt le matin, ce qui nous a un petit peu gâché la nuit.

Beautifully landscaped. Quaint, very homey. Met many nice people. The house cat that came with the property was “Kiss Kiss”. She is 18 years old. Roamed around the property. She stays close to the little carriage house (where they serve breakfast). They feed her several times a day. Weather was good while there, got to do everything we planned. Iguanas in some of the trees. They’d come visit by the pool. All in all, very nice place.

There is a tree right by the pool that sheds these hull type seed. They are in the pool and all over 1/3 of the patio areas. We did call to see if someone could sweep it up for us because they were hard and hurt your feet. We used the dipper and got floating stuff out of the pool. Heather, from the office is outstanding, as well as Evelyn. Very eager to help and always willing to assist with a smile! They made it an exceptional visit!

Very beautiful quiet and peaceful. Wife loved it we will be back. Clean and convenient
