"Friendly and helpful staff let down by the hotels facilities"

Dinner was excellent.

Breakfast was lacking, one small piece of butter per slice of toast hardly covered a quarter of it. Strawberry jam the only option. The shower was tepid. No wardrobe and a bedside table would be appreciated.

"Not the cleanest place but you get what you pay for."

Good location, cheap, friendly staff

Communal areas were dirty and it need of a facelift. The room was quite dusty and not very clean, bathroom had a strong smell of cannabis when we arrived. The shower needed a proper clean and no shampoo or body wash is provided. The mattress has seen better days, hard and lumpy.

It was convenient to where I needed

Where do I start! The room was full of dust, the ceiling had watermarks all over it from a leak upstairs, the blinds on the windows didn’t work, there was water left in the kettle which was filthy, the tap in the bathroom moved & so did the toilet seat, the room had been painted, but there were loads of bits missed, the TV would connect to the WIFI, which was very poor & the hallway was dirty & paint peeling from the walls !
