The bed was very comfortable and it was located near everything

The elevator went out the second day we had to walk through the whole building up flights or steps down flights of steps I have a bad back the lack of communication was definitely unacceptable we had to pay to park in the paid parking lot then found out we could have our own parking spot so I wasted about $100 on 2 day’s parking in the lot when we had our own private parking space this was the worst place I ever stayed at in ATL I won’t be back then they just gave me a room I paid for an walk out open balcony which was so small felt like I was going to fall off.

Property was clean and quiet. The directions were straightforward and the property was well kept. The ladies working there were amazing and helpful. The apartments were large and the view was amazing. I liked how close we were to both sides of the city.

Excellent location, cute apartment.

The room/appartment was great. Wonderful place with great amenities. However, the lock on the patio door was non-functional so it could not be locked (I would like to mention that it was a penthouse so only one of the two neighbor unit tenants could have gotten to it), the main door security latch was just barely hanging on, and there was no running water on the checkout day. The location was good for a large city and I would definitivly stay there again.

Very convenient to downtown area. We paid for parking which was wonderful locked garage, not sure about other parking arrangements. Unit felt safe and was clean and comfortable. Some homeless in area if you would be out walking but we had transportation to local attractions. Would stay again.

This property truly exceeded all my wildest dreams in regards to a small place to get away, and be comfortable and safe while visiting Georgia. I would definitely rent again.

I had the worst experience staying at this property! The property was extremely filthy, floors were nasty filled with crumbs, dirt, hair and overal disgusting. I found trash under the beds and dirty underwear and dust bunny’s and hair under the bed. The place looked like it was falling apart and had not need cleaned in months. The bathrooms has hair stuck on cabinets, drawers we dirty and hair in shower and on toilets. The walls in the bathroom had makeup on them and dirt. The ceiling in the kitchen had water damage and paint was hanging down. The dishwasher when running had water pouring out. There eas crumbs all over the floor in the kitchen. The did not have much cooking pans and utensils. The cooking sheet had food caked on the sheet and was bent. There was not any soap to wash dishes, paper towels and/or sponges. I had to go but bowls, hand soap, dish soap and paper towels. The bedding was stained and had hair in the beds. The extra bedding had blood stains on the the comforter. The blinds were bent ups and the ones in the main room were missing panels. The outdoor area was very cheaply put together and everything was falling apart. There was not a garage door to close the garage so you had to go outside out your hand in the slot to close the door. Several of the lights didn’t work as well as the record player. The pictures do not match the overall look of the place. If I would have known what a dump this place was I would have never rented!

Super clean and spacious, had all amenities, really comfortable!!

It was spacious, the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. The sofa sleeper is extermely hard and uncomfortable. The customer service is awful, Icalled for more towels and only received hand towels. I was locked out of my room for over an hour when the code stopped working. I was stuck on the phone with customer service who could not get in contact with the concierge of the property.
