Great private location.

Property adjacent need cleaning and a large mirror so you can see on coming traffic around the corner leading to the exit near the garages

My stay at the hotel was disappointing. The elevator was broken with no instructions, despite an email notice. Our room faced the noisy highway side, affecting our sleep. Cleaning wasn't up to standard, with visible debris on the floor due to a lack of vacuum. Overall, improvements are needed for a better experience. not suggest for business trip.

No luggage storage, closet light kept flickering, so we couldn't keep it on, right by the highway

Wonderful penthouse accommodation, very spacious, comfortable with everything we needed. Enough storage space in the upstairs bedroom (2 closets), one huge bathroom upstairs with shower and tub. Big king sized bed, comfortable. AC worked just fine although quite noisy if left on during the night, we kept it off. Kitchen with everything that was needed and living area with a dining table, desk and sofa - all very useful. Bathroom downstairs with toilet and sink was a great extra. Indoor parking was great too and easy to use - the best so far.

Insulation not great on the windows and it felt like we left them open, that's how well we could hear the cars outside - all night. An alarm went off the first night and kept going until about 6 am the following morning - we had some trouble sleeping with all the noise. Although Sonder provided earplugs, which was appreciated, but plugs are uncomfortable for us so we didn't use them. The balcony door had some issues and could be closed with difficulty so we avoided using it. Also the carpets on the balcony were wet and the outdoor furniture dirty, so we wouldn't have used it anyway. Many strange people in the neighborhood at night, we didn't feel comfortable walking, always used the car to go out.

We were comfortable in the apartment but we had to use the stairs to reach the apartment and was so difficult because we are old people.

The rugs are so old specially in the bedroom It’s near to expressway and it’s so loud

Nice apartment, airy and bright. Good amenities, close to everything although area isn't the best at night.

Elevator broken all week we were there. Wish it would have been working. Bedroom comforter could use an upgrade.

Beautiful room! Amazing view of the skyline. (And 2 balconies!) Very spacious apartment and the location was perfect. Right next to Emory hospital and a 5 min walk to the fox theatre, which is why I chose to stay here initially. Got lucky and booked a 1br but was upgraded to a 2br loft. Wish I had been able to stay longer!!

I like that it’s a walking distance to Aquarium and museums. The rooms were clean and good size. Nice kitchen too. Parking under the house for extra cost was good to have. Even though we had a problem with one bed in our room at the first night, the customer service answered quickly and solved the issue.
