Point Pleasant Resort

Very secure with its own private beach. The restaurant was very nice as well.

Point Pleasant Resort is an older resort, however it offers many advantages, gorgeous views, two nice restaurants, three pools, very friendly staff and good security. The resort is on a steep hill, so if you have difficulties going up a lot of steps, they provide transportation. The studio E8 was very private, on the ground surrounded by nature, We had a great stay at Point Pleasant Resort

Everyone was very helpful it is just a dated property. The food was pretty good, island time is a real thing though so it takes a bit longer.

The staff is so kind here! We loved our stay. Views are amazing and the restaurant on the water was great.

Great quiet location on the east end of the island. We loved how the villa overlooked the ocean and we could easily get to the private beach or the Sun & Sea bar. Our villa was a little behind on maintenance but otherwise was very clean. The staff were amazing from the front desk to the drivers. The property was amazingly well cared for. We are already thinking about our next trip.

Point Pleasant is secluded on the end of the island. Staff are so friendly and aim to need all your needs. Room was very clean. No cleaning service during stay unless asked. The view is so peaceful. Definitive coming again.

Sink leaked whole time I was there told staff day one

When the reservation was made through Expedia no information is given as to exactly which condo you are reserving. Pictures online are of several different condos. Ours was very dated and in need of many repairs. The beautiful view we could have had from our tiny balcony was obscured by a very large bush in the planter box of the condo that has obviously never been trimmed and had any up keep. The handle on the sliding glass door was broken off. The other slider could not be moved without coming off the track. The unit was not cleaned well. The kitchen cabinets were very dated. The knob to control the temperature of the refrigerator was broken off. All of our food froze. The remote to control the AC temp was broken. We made the best of it but would not recommend unless you book a condo directly with the unit owner and know what you are getting
