The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The room was filthy. Stains on the sheets, pubes on the floor in front of the tub, dirt in all the corners of the room. There was a soft spot on the floor in front of the ac unit and I thought I was going to fall through the floor. I always inspect the bed and furnishings for bed bugs whenever I stay somewhere. THERE WERE NO BEDBUGS BUT… while inspecting I found paperwork under the mattress from a previous tenant that was about 2 months old. It had his name , bday,ssn and bank info on it so I know it’s not something they would just leave under there if they actually found it while cleaning. I couldn’t sleep at all that night and no other hotels had rooms available because of events going on in the area. Also there are no elevators! So if you are disabled or have trouble getting up a flight of stairs make sure to book a first level room. I wish I would have known that before hand because I use a cane to get around and steps are a challenge when I’m in pain.

They locked me out of my room 3 times, I was there for 4 days, it smells, if you want a towel you have to bring your old one to the laundry to get a replacement. The staff is awful. There is no service what’s so ever. People are repairing their cars the parking lot. Truely red roof should not put their name on this establishment. No room service in 4 days. Then for 20.00 more I stayed at the Hampton Inn. What a world of difference There is no pride at all in this place

The water pressure was great.

The bed was hard and the room wasn’t the nicest. The toilet didn’t want to flush. The stairwell smelled like marijuana the whole time we were there.

Had a room.

Room looked old.
