I had a broken toilet that did not flush and flies everywhere!

The place is rundown beds hard and not clean

Clean the property better

Run down dirty motel.

The Seth is always friendly I stayed a week or two ago and they were super nice to me I stayed somewhere the night before completely different hotel and I chose to come back to you guys cuz they're just I feel more comfortable there and the rooms are nice and clean

Front desk staff was good. Had two accessible rooms. Bathtubs are regular tubs with grab handles and a chair. One room smelled like a wet dog. The other the tub drain barely drained. Rooms weren’t well cleaned. Last day guy knocks on door telling us we were late leaving. He said it’s 11:15. It was 10:45. Only reason we didn’t find somewhere else is these were the only two accessible rooms in the area available at the time. I will not stay here again and I highly recommend you don’t either.

Toilet wouldn't flush, shower wouldn't drain, water dripped onto the floor under the sink. The room was very clean and otherwise comfortable. Staff was pleasant.

We were in town during an unexpected trip while my mother was in the hospital at UK Lexington for surgery after a car accident and the front desk receptionist was EXTREMELY RUDE. Last thing you want to be putting up with after dealing with hospitals all day. My drivers license was at the hospital to hold a wheel chair for my father- and instead of accepting my husbands ID she demanded we either go back to the hospital to get it or call Booking.com to change the booking. Once we changed the booking she proceeded to sit on the phone for about 15 minutes - "waiting" for it to update. She was not very accommodating or willing to help at all. Tamala does not need to be in customer service or dealing with people in any way shape or form.
