Skyline Island Colony Hotel

The horel is quite convenient. The pool and hot tub facilities are great. But the room we stayed in was ok except we noticed there are tiny cockerroaches. It is better to upgrade to higher floor level so the view are better and the room are better and brighter.

The location was great, closed to all beaches and good restaurant and the view from hotel balcony was stunning.

The pool was closed for a majority of our stay. We got charged extra for “amenities” but all of the amenities such as kitchen items were extremely dirty and there was no soap or sponges to even clean them. Our key cards kept on giving us a hard time also. We did not get the room that we bought, we bought a 2 bed bedroom but only received one. We only got our room cleaned once during the whole week. Overall, was not happy with our stay.

I had to book another room because the front desks would not let me check in. The room was reset was paid for, and I had the itinerary, in hand. They would not amend the reservation because I reserved it through you guys. So I lost my points and the money for the first registration.

Bait and switch. Do not believe the photos that this hotel has posted on their website. This is not at all what your room will look like. I booked a room thinking that I was in a renovated updated suite based on all the pictures of fresh looking furniture and paint. The room was dated and dirty, there was mold in the shower. The pullout couch was terribly uncomfortable and my kids had a difficult time sleeping.
