Regency on Beachwalk Waikiki by OUTRIGGER

Location was fantastic. Pity the Australian dollar was so poor and costs in Hawaii were well and truly high in to comparison to two weeks earlier in Japan

Access to facilities Little brother to Outrigger Waikiki and shared pool but no access to gym or other facilities

We did not like our stay in room 26. We were given a room where the shower had no doors or anything preventing the water from flowing into the rest of the bathroom. Every time we took a shower the water went out of the shower area and towards other areas of the bathroom, such as by the toilet area. Additionally, the shower head was not working properly. This made for an uncomfortable stay.

The patrons were very polite and professional. They did everything to make us comfortable during our stay.

Close to the main strip of waikiki. The place was awesome and the staff were equally as awesome. We had a beautiful view and all day sun. The beach was a5 minute walk and there were convenience stores on the doorstep for all the small things

We really liked the private feel. It was like having our own private apartment less than a block from the beach and walking distance to so many shopping and food options. Five stars!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jacques was amazing and so helpful!! Everyone who worked there was so friendly and helpful!! The outside of the hotel wasn’t impressive, but the room was really nice and updated. The full kitchen was awesome with so many appliances with the rice cooker and the blender. It was very comfortable and functional. Worked perfectly for me and my kids.

Was a decent place to stay close to downtown. Parking quite limited/tight spaces and an extra fee on top of stay :(. Also no swimming pool or hot tub on-site, though they did offer to let you use the other outrigger’s pool. Staff friendly and helpful in helping orient you, provide directions etc. kitchen was equipped to do meals vs. eating out.

Rooms were nice and roomy for our large group. Sofa bed, is well , a sofa bed, fine for smaller guests. Kitchen didn't have measuring spoons or cups. Knifes were dull. Lobby and hallways are kept clean. Rooms where very clean upon arrival. Close walk to beach, parks, restaurants, shopping. Rooms we booked had 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. We would always check before showering if anyone else needed the bathroom first.

The staff was extremely friendly and amenable to our request for any help. We got a two bedroom suite, but it only had one bathroom (I didn’t pay close enough attention); but it all worked out for our party.
