"Perfect kitchen with comfortable bed and bathroom!"

Just a couple of paces away from the busy part of Waikiki, it was perfect in location with an ABC store right next door and two great shaved ice places across the street and down the block. And the staff are wonderful! Professional and friendly!

The only draw back is the sound of the garbage truck pick-up twice a week in the morning. But that’s not something the hotel can do anything about and it’s only twice a week.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. Great location and being able to use the outrigger reef pool was really a bonus!!!!

Very friendly & helpful staff. Jacques, Margery & Zac at the front desk were always so willing to answer any questions & assist us. We also liked that we could use the pool & facilities at the nearby Outrigger Reef, just a short walking distance . The apartment was a great size & had everything we needed.Would definitely stay there again!

We had a couple of plumbing issues but these were attended to very quickly. Also the safe wasn’t very reliable even though the maintenance guy did his best to fix.

I got this 2 bedroom/1 bath for a family of 6. Honestly, only a couple of negatives about this rental. One bathroom for six was challenging. There isn’t a bathroom in the lobby. The only other thing was that one bedroom did not have its separate ac unit. The front desk was kind enough to loan a fan during our stay. Front desk was amazing. Upon request, towels were exchanged. Laundry facilities are available but the hours didn’t work for us. They do provide detergent and the washer/dryer accepts credit card. Parking was available and we were able to pay for the week upfront. Remember it is first come first serve! Parking is a tight space. We had a mini van but it was doable. We had a partial ocean view and was able to view the fireworks on Friday!
