Great location. Unit was clean. However, the toilet tank was leaking on the floor and took the maintenance staff 2 days to fix it. It was an inconvenience, but it did get fixed eventually.
Wow! We didn't expect it to be so close to the Gondola and all of the shops and restaurants. This is absolutely the best location. We were thrilled!
Be careful on which property you pick. The description says pool available but the one we stayed at did not have a pool as an amenity. Then customer service basically told me it was my problem and to deal with it.

Room was nice and clean. Would have like a bigger TV. Bed was comfortable. The hot tubs were only luke warm and the jets didn’t work. This was a huge disappointment after a day of skiing. They also weren’t very clean.
Great location in the heart of Keystone. Everything is just out the door. Hot tub and pool are great on a cold winter's night after hard day on the mountain.
For the amount of money they charge you to stay here i would recommend staying in a cheaper place. The wifi doesn't work so i had no service in my own room had to go outside to make phone calls. The bed was rock hard and very worn down. So at the end of the day when you are sore and tired from hitting the slopes, don't expect to get a good nights sleep. I have slept on better mattresses and beds in a best western at a fraction of the price. To pay to have somewhere to sleep at night and being unable to sleep seems like a large waste of money to me.
