Wir hatten eine späte Anreise dank Busverspätung, aber innerhalb der kommunizierten Check-In Zeiten UND mit schriftlicher Vorwarnung durch uns! Der Gastgeber hat sich entschlossen, unser Zimmer 3 Stunden vor unserer Ankunft anderweitig zu vergeben, sodass wir spät nachts ohne Unterkunft auf der Straße standen und für viel Geld eine neue Unterkunft buchen mussten. Der Gastgeber war extrem unfreundlich und unhöflich, hat sich für nichts entschuldigt, ich kann die Unterkunft wirklich nicht weniger empfehlen! Schlechteste Interaktion mit einer Unterkunft im ganzen Land!
