We booked for one night 3 weeks before. The day we arrived (21h), they told us they didn’t had a room for us! We has to search for an accomodation at 22h for the night even if we booked it and had a confirmation… They didn’t accept us

The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. They helped us organise an early morning taxi to the airport. Warm water runs smoothly in the showers. The location is great, very central and easy to find.

The room we were given (right by the reception) felt a bit too small for the two of us and all our luggage. It was also a bit shabby and could use some extra cleaning.

One of the oldest houses in Salento right in the center of town. I came for two nights and extended twice. Staff very helpful and kind; laundry service included; the private room was comfortable and very cheap and generally it felt like I was living in the comfort of a home for a while.

The old house means there is poor noise insulation so it can get loud on weekends.
