Americana Waterpark Resort & Spa

It’s was great day to spend the kids in the pool. Clean room and in the pool as well. Not too crowded when you go on 6-7 pm and morning at 10 am.

The air conditioner was so noisy that I couldn’t sleep all night. I finally fell asleep at 4 a.m. I recommend changing the air conditioner in room 308.

The ends are not comfy, very stringy. The water park was supposed to open on Thursday at 10 and it was closer to 1045 before it opened. We left our room on the last day before the check out time and ended up locked out of our room. I had to Go back to the desk twice to get the key to Work and it didn’t. A cleaning supervisor had to let us back in. My kids were upset they thought they wouldn’t get their stuff back. Guy at the toy bar for where you hand in your tickets. Was a little odd. He was teasing the kids when they picked toys “nope can’t have this one” And would pull it away before the kids could take it. Funny the first time not funny the 3rd 4th 5th 6th time and ended up making our youngest cry…

Clean but very noisy other room we didnt have a good sleep. Very loud until morning
