we had such a wonderful experience at this resort and a big pat to that was thanks to Lucy. she was incredibly helpful and genuinely welcoming from the moment we met her. she went out her way to make sure we got a great room and were confutable throughout stay. what really stood out was her beautiful smile and positive energy. it truly made a difference. People like lucy are reason we would happily come back and recommend this place to others. Thanks Lucy
