Hyannis Plaza Hotel

Very outdated, random holes in the wall. Seemed like a motel 6

We stayed at this property a year ago. It is obvious they continue to update and improve the location. Our bed was comfortable, the room was very large, with a larger refrigerator. Plenty of convenient parking; quiet.

No microwave in the room, the bathroom was cold and did not have a heating mechanism, no chairs in the room.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. All utilities worked as needed. The staff were kind and helpful.

There was a strong smell of Marijuana throughout the halls. It was annoyingly constant every day of my stay. Also, dring my first day a person was escorted of of the property by the police for a domestic violence situation that almost occured in the hotel room two down from me. Next, the shelves, walls, and spaces behind the beds were obviously not cleaned regularly. Finally, while checking out of the hotel, a person who appeared to be on drugs approached me and demanded I give him a ride while I was reversing in the parking lot. I drove away only to see him enter the hotel seconds later. Overall the staff is good to go but I would highly advise avoiding it if other options are available. Im glad I traveled alone because I would not have stayed had I been with family or friends. I understand my experience is subjective but I did not enjoy this hotel in particular.

Shower didn’t work. And the bathroom and living area were very dirty
