My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Right from the entrance, the hallway was visibly dirty, which already gave a terrible first impression. When I entered the room, things got even worse: the blanket was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor, as if it hadn’t been properly washed. The bed sheets also smelled bad, the sofa was old and had a bad odor, and the bathroom mirror was stained, clearly showing a lack of proper cleaning. The shower has very low water pressure and barely works, making it impossible to take a proper shower. This is not just about comfort it’s a basic hygiene issue. It is unacceptable to pay for a room in these conditions. I do not recommend this place at all. It needs major improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and respect for guests.

The bed was very comfortable, the hot tub was a good size and to have a tv in the same room was nice, the bathroom was large, making it convenient to share the space with someone else.

We did not like the cleanliness of the room, had a weird odor, the sheets had a stain, the first room we were booked had ants everywhere (this lead to us having to switch rooms), we were only given limited towels and they were quite small to dry up with, the tv did not have many channels and was kind of confusing to figure out, the phone did not work so we could not reach the front desk, the bed was VERY loud, and curtains did not keep much light out in the morning.

I liked haveing the room so close to the door away from other guests it was private and a nice experience for us
