The person on the office didn’t care about my complaint about air conditioning not working

This was without a doubt one of the worst properties I have ever seen. There were no fronts on the dressers or other cabinets. There was no phone to call the front desk. The access door to the room as so warped that one could not secure the lock and no security chain. Never stay here!

Lack of security, shabbiness of the room,

Mattrsses were in bad shape & the TV was awful!! The TV had lines running through it & black spots on the screen. Reception was horrible!

Access to the location was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was very stuffy/ humid, which caused the floor in the room to be damp. Despite my request for a non-smoking room, I could smell cigarette smoke while I was in the room. I also found a roach crawling in the bathroom. The air conditioning barely released any air. I had to sleep with my face directly in front of the unit to get a little air.
