I did not like it the staff are rule and disrespectful the manger is rude

The manger is rude and disrespectful the bathroom was broking they didn't fix it at all it was bug in the room

At least the staff smile at you. They act like they don't understand your request. 40 min check in cause dude couldn't understand the lady at head of line asking for fresh towels and she said it like 5 time clearly. Really not a good hotel. Will never book here again

Roaches in the tub. A double room when a king was ordered. The fridge does not work. It is completely closed in the photo and when plugged in does not get cold ever .The room dresser is falling apart. Un marked sidewalk outside I actually fell on this because it is raised and not visible. Over 30 min to check in. The room I was supposed to have was 322 I tried the key it didn't work I fell on the way back to the office to ask for help. They then escorted me to 322 tried key it didn't work and proceeded to move my room to 319. The door in 319 swells when it is extremely cold I was trapped inside my room attempting to open it for about 5 min or so pulling so hard I fell backwards when it finally did open. The desk staff are smiling and friendly but certainly not helpful. I stay at Wyndham line hotels all of the time and franchisee or not there is a standard I expect when spending more than $100 a night on a room. This has destroyed my thoughts of the brand not just days in but also Wyndham. I will never stay at this location again and possibly any in the chain from this experience. Wyndham if you see this I would love you to reach out. I opened a support ticket and was told because it is a franchise that what happens on a day to day basis is not on you. That you leave it up to the facility managers. Which I feel bad for you because properties like this give your reputation a bad name.
