Best Western Plus Northwest Inn & Suites

Overall very spacious rooms and great breakfast!

I liked the cleanliness and the location. I am also afraid of the availability and courtesy of the female staff.

I didn't like the availability of the male staff and the ability of them to make meaningless movements with credit cards. Luckily the girls were there the day after who fixed everything

The fronk desk (male) has no customer service, we felt he was not happy to have us, doesnt smile, less words just pointing to directions or a photo instructions on how to operate shower.

Nothing.

The room was not clean! The Bathroom was in disrepair. Hole in the door and chewed up at the bottom. Cigarette burns in the furniture! We needed a cot/rollaway bed for my granddaughter and the person at the front desk did not know what that was and finally said that they didn't have any. I left Saturday morning.

Hotel was nice and the staff were super friendly. Was immediately told all rooms were no smoking/vaping allowed-great; walked in the room-it smells like stale damp cigarette smoke. Could tell they tried to cover it up with air fresheners, but it didn’t help. Sister’s room was the same way. Got the TV plugged in, then had to figure out how to wire the DirectTV box to work because someone had completely disconnected it

The bed was comfortable. The custodians were friendly, prompt, and clean.

The breakfast was disgusting. The table in my room was sticky.
