Checkin was abit slow, would have wished it was a bit smoother.

Manage your expectations. It’s clean enough. It’s comfortable enough. It is not nice, but it’s also not expensive.

The bathroom had no curtains all the water comes out of the shower, the sheets are stained, and worst of all I was there for work and they stole the toolboxes of my truck and are not responsible for anything there is no security there.

The size of the room.

My shower head didn’t work, I could only take a bath. The stitch In my room The manager who checked me in had an attitude his whole shift. The hot tub did not get hot nor were the jets working. I only booked it for the hot tub. The breakfast was mediocre and the microwave in the breakfast hall didn’t work to warm it up.

Price and location

-the tv/cable didnt work -the doors doesnt lock -the rr flusher didnt work -the guy at the front desk is extremely extremely rude and slow. It took 30 minutes to check in

Location was centrally located to where we needed to be, 5 mins away from good shopping and dining area. Very quiet property despite being so close to the interstate.

The staff was rude from the moment I checked us in. We arrived early in the morning (after 4am) and I was immediately told “check in is at 3pm.” I let the front desk clerk know that I had previously reached out to the property and made arrangements to check in early, and was once questioned again “who did you talk to” obviously someone from the property. After that he did not say another word to me other than handing me my room key and letting me know my room number. I get that it’s early in the morning, but your staff needs some training in proper customer service.
