Hotel Playa Mazatlan

Had a good stay, staff is great. The views are beautiful and the area is kept very clean inside and out. Pools on the property are very well maintained and staff takes care in cleaning around all day. Many dining options on property as well.

Perfect location for easy access to the city. Friendly staff and service. I loved the little store across the street to grab snacks and drinks for my little ones. Lots of souvenir shops across the street. There's a little kids pool area with a pirate ship that my 2 and 4 year old loved. The beach is noisy with the band playing and it may be a bit much for some.

Wow just wow! Loved the hotel great for family vacation beautiful view from the room beach and pool is amazing! hotel is safe staff is welcoming and friendly. My husband and I enjoyed the beach and bandas while the kids enjoyed the hotels pools we were really comfortable with them being alone. Inclusive is worth it food & drinks were great. Will be coming back for sure!

Great location

My family and I were treated very poorly, when we where having breakfast one of the cooks was trying to give us food that was very hard and honestly not even edible, so when we had asked her if she could make a fresh one she said no you can have one of the ones that were already there when she was making some fresh for her coworkers. As well as one of the waiters when I was sitting down for breakfast with my parents told me very rudely that I was not allowed to sit there with them. And at check out it was worse than anything we were trying to check out early because we had to catch our flight and they kept trying to make us wait outside for someone to get there to cut our bracelet off, and we kept saying there was no young lady right there and the check out personal his name was Rafael started yelling at my family saying the young lady was there when she still wasn’t, like we were just trying to check out as soon as possible to be able to catch our flight back home. The only good personal that treated us super well were the security guards and the bag handlers (porters).

En la hora del chek out, te quitan el brazalete y te cohiben el uso de la instalaciones, ya no puedes hacer el uso de albercas ni nada a comparacion de los otros hoteles que si te dejan estar ahi. En el bufett se termina a las 11 am y antes de las 10:30 am ya te estan precionando para retirando el plato y asi.

We loved the location, and the employees were great. The beds were not comfortable, and the nonstop bands on the beach is the reason that I didn't give this hotel 5 stars. I would return again though.
