El trato del personal y la comida fue buena , solo que no hay secadora para el cabello, ni agua natural en la habitacion , las instalaciones estan antiguas .

There is no WIFi Internet in the rooms, no cellphone signal that my phone could detect, no coffee maker, no refreigerator, no ice, no bottled water, no microwave. Yes, there are WIFI routers in the rooms but those are "reserved for the TV sets" and the reception will not give you the password to access them anyway. If you want to access the Internet you need to be in the reception area with your cellphone or laptop. My companion and I moved out within an hour of checking in, and in fact we left before the official check-in time as we had checked in early, but the management refused to give us a refund or even a credit voucher.

DON'T LET THE PICTURES FOOL YOU! Resort needs alot of maintenance EVERYWHERE! Lobby (NOT welcoming at all), All furniture and sitting area furniture needs to be upgraded, as well as furniture in rooms and more pleasant staff in resort to assist. So much to say: We booked SUITE and don't know where to begin. We walked into lobby the cushions on furniture are floppy and run down in blue color. Our entry door had huge gap in bottom (for insects to crawl in) the closet doors were jammed, our faucets had water buildup, the mirrors were foggy and old, the patio furniture had bird droppings so we couldn't lay on them, bedding had stains on them. Worst part is that my that my husband, and I got bug bites from infested mattress. As soon as we arrived home he had to go to Doctor, we had to wash and spray everything we had in our luggages and leave it out in sun. In a few years they will no longer have a roof (currently falling apart and missing roofing on some sections). The restaurant has gaps and falling ceiling pieces there are badgers & cats around area, much more badgers in the pool area (DO NOT LEAVE LEFTOVER FOOD OR FOOD UNATTENDED) there will come in packs. The pool area was ok but understaffed, one person to the whole entire area. The towels are old and discolored. HOTEL "COULD BE" beautiful if the owner/owners would invest in maintaining and kept up to date. EVERYTHING about it is outdated! For the price we paid not worth it. We lysol disinfectant, sprayed frebreeze took our own sheets and still wasn't enough. Never going back AGAIN!!!!

Came to this hotel for cousins wedding. The hotel needs Major TLC. The water was out twice during the weekend stay. And often, the water would come out dirty. The rooms were dirty, mirrors blury, and the drawers were broken. Bathroom towels and beach towels were dingy and shredded on the edged. The phone did not work. Came in to the room one timeand had a little furry friend on the bed. The belocony lounge furniture was full of bird poop. We stayed in a junior suit, and I can't imagine what the regular rooms look like. We were having dinner inside the buffet restaurant and spotted a raccoon right above us. The ceiling was cracked, and the raccoon was there ready to jump down. I can go on and on about this hotel. It's so sad to see a hotel in a great location, but I don't understand why they can't invest in renovations and just as simple as decent towels.

Best place ever! The entire family had a blast! So many activities for the family that we had no need to go to other places for entertainment. Staff was very friendly and the pool was was great! Best place I have visit!

Es un hotel viejo y las instalaciones les falta mantenimiento, el ambiente es cada vez menos familiar, hay mas gente alcoholizada. Pero la playa es muy agradable pues no hay vendedores ni gente agena al hotel (aunque los del hotel preferirian que la gente no se metiera al mar).

El servicio excelente, solo la habitacion me quedo a dever y la falta de servicios como wifi

Las condiciones de las habitaciones están muy deterioradas . El personal muy atento.
